The destination
A Dalmatian yacht charter is built around short island hops. From Split you can reach Hvar, Vis and the surrounding bays without long passages, which keeps daily plans flexible for groups. Popular stops include swimming time around the Pakleni Islands, a visit to the Blue Cave on Biševo when conditions allow, and evenings in Hvar Town or quieter ports further out. Dubrovnik sits further south and often works better as a separate base or a one-way plan than as a casual day trip from Split. The season runs from late spring into autumn; June and September usually balance warm water with fewer peak-month crowds. It suits friends' trips and first Mediterranean charters where the priority is swimming, simple dining ashore and a new anchorage most days.

Your first island stop brings you to Milna, a picturesque fishing village tucked into a sheltered natural harbour on the western coast of Brač. Traditional stone houses and waterfront restaurants give the village a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy fresh seafood at a local konoba, wander along the harbour or spend the afternoon discovering nearby coves, where clear Adriatic waters provide the perfect setting for a swim.

Arrive in Hvar, one of Croatia's most celebrated island destinations, known for its beautiful Venetian architecture, excellent restaurants and vibrant summer atmosphere. Spend the morning exploring the turquoise bays of the nearby Pakleni Islands before heading ashore for lunch at a waterfront restaurant. Continue towards Vis, one of the Adriatic's most captivating islands, where traditional fishing villages and unspoilt landscapes offer a quieter side of Croatia. Explore the charming waterfront of Vis Town, enjoy a long lunch at a family-run konoba or cruise around the island to discover secluded swimming spots. Nearby Biševo is home to the famous Blue Cave, a remarkable natural attraction that can be visited when sea conditions and access arrangements allow.

Conclude your island journey in Korčula, a beautiful medieval town surrounded by ancient stone walls and the clear waters of the Adriatic.
