Yacht Charter Management
Your yacht. Professionally managed for charter.
Make your yacht available for charter with Onyx Collection. We handle marketing, enquiries and bookings, and help arrange crew and practical support around your yacht and your plans.
Owners
A charter arrangement that works for you
Whether you're considering charter for the first time or already welcome guests aboard, we start by understanding your yacht and what you want from it.
You choose when to make your yacht available. We help you explore the opportunities, agree the right approach and manage the details.
Guests
Presenting your yacht to the right guests
The heart of the work is getting the yacht in front of the right people, and then looking after the booking.
- Preparing the yacht’s listing and arranging photography.
- Advising on charter rates and how the yacht is presented.
- Handling enquiries and understanding what a guest wants.
- Coordinating the booking, the charter agreement and the payment.
- Managing availability, and keeping you and your captain informed.
Crew
Working with your crew
If you already have a captain or crew, we work alongside them to coordinate bookings and guest arrangements. If you need additional support, we can help arrange crew, yacht preparation, cleaning and maintenance through suitable local providers.
You have one person at Onyx Collection for the services we manage. Your captain stays responsible for running the yacht, and any extra help is arranged locally.
Starting out
New to charter? We'll help you get started.
We can help you understand what's involved in making your yacht available for charter, from its suitability and presentation to the commercial requirements in its operating area. Where needed, we coordinate with surveyors, insurers and relevant specialists to help get the arrangements in place.
Experience
Experience behind the service
Oliver Titcomb has worked aboard superyachts and managed a UK boat-club fleet. That experience is how he thinks about the presentation of a yacht, the coordination of a crew, the planning of maintenance, and the ordinary running of the boat from one week to the next.
It is the same attention he brings to an owner who wants their yacht chartered, and still wants to use it themselves.

Where
Where we can help
We welcome enquiries from owners in the UK, the Mediterranean and other international charter destinations. Tell us where your yacht is based, or where you plan to take it, and we'll discuss how we can support you.
For the Solent and South Coast in particular, there is more on our UK yacht charter management page.
Questions
Good to know
Can I still use my yacht?
Absolutely. It’s your yacht, and you decide when to enjoy it yourself and when to make it available to charter guests. We manage bookings around the availability you choose.
How much could I earn from chartering my yacht?
This depends on your yacht, where it’s based and when you make it available. We’ll help you explore suitable charter rates and likely demand, alongside the running costs, so you have a realistic picture of what you could earn before deciding to go ahead.
Does my yacht need to be ready for charter already?
No. We can help you understand the steps involved and coordinate with relevant specialists on commercial requirements, insurance and preparation for your intended charter area.
Can you work with my existing captain and crew?
Yes. We work alongside your captain and crew, keeping them informed about bookings, guest preferences and the arrangements for each charter.
Where do you offer support?
We can assist owners in the UK, the Mediterranean and other international locations. Share your yacht’s location and plans with us, and we’ll discuss the services we can arrange.
What does charter management cost?
That depends on your yacht and how much support you’d like. We’ll talk through your requirements and explain our fees and any additional costs before you decide to go ahead.
